This is the final product of my student music video that I had to create within a deadline. My final grade for the music video was a merit. I filmed with a Canon 600D to capture all of my shots and used Sony Vegas Pro 13 to edit the video in the post-production stage of the unit. It took me 4 months in total, this includes; pre-production, filming and the post-production. I worked independently during the planning, filming and editing stages of my music video until it was fully complete to my liking.
Here is the final product of my radio show, I had a deadline to complete this by and I created this within it. I earned a distinction for my morning radio show. Before making the radio show I had to research about the different styles of radio broadcasts and decide which style I would use. When it came to planning the radio broadcast I had to create my own radio links and stings by coming up with a name for my show and also what it was about. I decided on a morning breakfast show called "Rooster Radios Morning Show". With my stings and competition wrote down, I had to prerecord the vocals so I teamed up with someone to help me record. I imported the vocals in to GarageBand and edited them to trim them down and until I thought they were suitable for the broadcast. Having decided that my radio show would include indie music, I did some online research and put all the songs I wanted to include into a folder with my edited vocals ready for the radio show. After going through with the show I recorded the final piece of the broadcast and edited it so remove and mistakes or pauses to make sure it was a smooth flow and then uploaded the final product to SoundCloud for easy access for anyone.

This is the final product of my promotional video that I had to create within a deadline given to me by my teacher. I earned a merit for this promotional video. I didn't film any of the shots shown because they were already recorded before hand, my job was to edit the pre-recorded clips together using Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 in the post-production stage of the unit. It took me 2 days in total, this includes; pre-production and the post-production. I worked independently during the planning and editing stages of my promotional video until it was fully complete to my liking.
SOCIAL ACTION DOCUMENTARY

This is a social action documentary about homelessness within Manchester and is one of my final pieces towards my college course. I managed to earn myself a distinction for my documentary and the coursework leading to the final piece. We managed to finish the product within the deadline date with time to spare for feedback and to touch up the final piece for the best grade possible. The group consisted of three members including myself and we all had our own unique roles. My roles were the sound guy during the recording stage of the unit and I also took part in editing the final piece, including different transitions and overlays. Overall it took me around 2 months to complete the documentary starting from scratch creating Risk Assessments and Recces to going out and filming the different shots to then editing the shots together. We shot the footage using a HDV camera and edited the final product on Adobe Premiere Pro CS6.

Here is my final production piece for my radio advert that I created advertising the latest iPhone 7. Before creating my radio advert I followed through with researching into different styles of adverts, such as Nandos, McDonalds, and Volkwagen to help me get a bigger understanding on what style companies are going for to get the audiences interest. After I completed all of my paperwork linked to the advert I proceeded to record the advert. After recording, I imported to sound file into Adobe Audition CC and started to edit out any big gaps in between sentences. I downloaded a royalty free instrumental for my music bed in the background and found a sound effect on the iPhone when it is charging and included the sound at the end of my advert. After it was finished I uploaded the final product to SoundCloud.
